Registration fees through July 12th (Early Bird Special):
- Physicians $200 per day
- All other healthcare personnel $150/day
Registration fees after July 12th through on-site registration:
- Physicians $250 per day
- All other healthcare personnel $200/day
Written cancellations prior to July 21st will be refunded less an administrative fee of $50. Thereafter, no refunds will be made.
